Critchley Hackle is located in the South African province of Mpumalanga in the beautiful, quaint and peaceful town of Dullstroom. Dullstroom, with its sprawling farms, Trout rivers and dams, has a distinctly Scottish theme. Built in pointed stone and set around a beautiful garden lake, the setting is breathtaking.
Critchley Hackle has a total of 23 beautifully appointed rooms. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, television, telephone, tea/coffee facilities, wall safe and private patio. All rooms are individually decorated and have fireplaces. There are however limited telephone lines. MTN and Vodacom reception available.
Sip a vintage wine in the bar or enjoy fine dining by candlelight to the sight and sound of water flickering in the night. Swimming pool, Trout fishing, clay pigeon shooting, falconry displays and of course shopping in Dullstroom are just some of the activities that can be enjoyed at this Mpumalanga lodge.
