Santa Cruz island is the most important inhabited islands of the Galapagos. Puerto Ayora is the largest town. The 15.000 people that live here mostly work in the tourism industry. Built in 1995, this lodge has a unique architecture designed to blend the mangrove forest and seafront. Its location allows you to observe the mangrove ecosystem as well as view Puerto Ayora's bay. The lodge owners are committed to develop an eco-friendly operation; therefore the lodge is going through a process of certification for sustainable management.
The Lodge encompasses 14 guest rooms consisting of 6 Standard rooms, 4 Superior Guest Rooms, & 4 Suites. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, private bathroom and hot water. The Standard guest rooms are located on both the ground and upper levels and offer fantastic views of the mangroves. The rooms are furnished with king size beds, full and/or twins, cable TV, air conditioning, safe deposit boxes, private bathroom, hair dryer, bath tub, and biodegradable hair and body products.
The Sea Side Restaurant offers guests a choice of the best Japanese or Galapagos fusion cuisine in town.
