Celestyal Olympia

The beautiful Celestyal Olympia enhances the company's identity as a specialist in Greek island and Turkey operations. Once the Thomson Destiny, it has been refurbished and renamed to provide her passengers with a truly Hellenic experience, fitting with Greece's vast history and culture.

All 725 comfortable and welcoming staterooms are equipped with shower, wash basin, air conditioning, radio, and TV.

Life onboard the Celestyal Olympia is fun, friendly and relaxed. Her facilities include a dining room which offers sumptuous Greek and Mediterranean cuisine as well as 24-hour room service. There are also 2 lounges, 5 bars, a cinema, kids' area, Duty Free & Travel Value Shop, boutique, library, barbershop and beauty salon, self-service launderette, 2 swimming pools, whirlpool, gym & spa. The vessel is fully air-conditioned and has stabilizers, telephone, fax, satellite telephone and physician on board.

Note: If you've taken a few cruises before, you may be accustomed to large, luxurious ships appointed with every possible amenity. Ships (including those of Celestyal Cruises) are generally smaller and more agile, better suited for navigating the shallow waters and small ports of the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas. These mid-sized ships are practical, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary modern conveniences. But they may offer more basic cabin amenities, less on-board entertainment, and fewer dining options than larger ocean liners. Some meals may feature buffet style service and limited a la carte selections. Think of these ships as good 3-star hotels providing convenient and comfortable transport.
