Our package includes flights from New York, a 7-night Mediterranean cruise, a 1-night bonus stay in Rome, all meals aboard the cruise, and breakfast in Rome, and all transfers. Day 1: Depart USA. Your journey begins as you depart from New York this evening on your overnight flight to Rome.
Day 2: Rome, Italy. Arrive in Rome, the capital city of Italy. After arrival formalities, transfer to Civitavecchia port for embarkation on the Navigator of the Seas. Dinner provided.
Day 3: Messina, Sicily. This morning arrive in Messina, close to the Italian mainland. Stroll the Piazza del Duomo, where town's main cathedral first contructed in 1160 is located, as well as the world's largest astronomical clock. Breakfast, lunch & dinner provided.
Day 4: At sea. Take advantage of all of the fantastic facilities that your ship has to offer. Work out in the fitness room, enjoy the indoor ice-skating rink, stroll through the Interior Promenade with its many cafes and shops. Treat yourself to fabulous meals and entertainment. Breakfast, lunch & dinner provided.
Day 5: Kusadasi & Ephesus, Turkey. This morning, arrive in port of Kusadasi on the Aegean Sea. From here, you can visit the ancient site of Epshesus, including the Temple of Artemis; as well as the House of the Virgin Mary. Breakfast, lunch & dinner provided.
Day 6: Athens, Greece. This morning, arrive in the port of Pireaus. Enjoy the day to explore the city, visiting the famous Acropolis and Parthenon, Plaka brimming with stores and restaurants or even the Temple of Zeus. Breakfast, lunch & dinner provided.
Day 7: Crete, Greece. This morning, arrive the port of Chania, the second largest city on the island of Crete, and continuously occupied for at least 5000 years, with remnants of the many cultures through the ages, Minoan, Venetian, Turkish and Greek. Breakfast, lunch & dinner provided.
Day 8: At sea. Take advantage of all of the fantastic facilities that your ship has to offer. Work out in the fitness room, enjoy the indoor ice-skating rink, stroll through the Interior Promenade with its many cafes and shops. Treat yourself to fabulous meals and entertainment. Breakfast, lunch & dinner provided.
Day 9: Rome, Italy. Your cruise comes to an end, as you dock at 5:00 a.m. Upon disembarkation, you will be met and transferred to your hotel, and enjoy the balance of the day at leisure in the "Eternal City" of Rome. Take the opportunity to visit the nearby Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Mercure Delta Colosseo Breakfast provided.
Day 10: Depart Rome/ Arrive USA. Today you'll be escorted to the airport and bid farewell to Rome as you board your return flight. Your journey comes to an end as you arrive in the USA later today.

Our guide, Gokhan, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about history & was full of information regarding the tour & questions that we had. I hope in the future to go back to Turkey & bring my family & request Gokhan as a guide.
