Position Open: Reservations Agent

Due to continuing growth, we are searching for an experienced travel agent to join our reservations team. Responsibilities and required skills for the position include:

• Speaking by phone with customers requesting information
• Taking phone reservations accurately and with patience
• Promptly replying to all passenger requests
• Assisting in all phases of passenger document preparation
• Working with the entire team to handle projects, resolve problems and provide the best customer service in the industry
• Researching details about destinations to provide accurate answers to traveler questions
• Willingness to quickly learn and master our booking software
• Experience with Microsoft Office
