All of the rooms are equipped with satellite TV, central AC, radio, and a direct dial telephone with voice mail. Nonsmoking, connecting, and wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.

Guests are invited to choose from the variety of salads, egg dishes, fresh baked goods, local cheeses and other dairy products generously arranged on large, marble topped buffets.
Lunch and dinner are also served buffet style and start with a colorful selection of salads and other appetizers based on Israel's freshest produce. The hotel also stocks a carefully selected choice of quality Israeli wines.
The Lobby Cafe, open from morning till midnight, serves drinks and light meals throughout the day and provides a place for guests to enjoy a quiet moment or catch up with friends over mid-morning coffee, afternoon tea, or a before dinner appetizer.
The pool snack bar, with its outdoor/indoor seating and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, provides light meals and beverages throughout the day.
Ramat Rachel's country club pool is surrounded by a relaxing lawn and Jerusalem pines. A large pergola shades the children's pool. Four tennis courts and Jerusalem's longest water slide complete the outdoor facilities of this club.
