Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Depart USA

Your exciting trip to Budapest begins today as you depart for Hungary on an overnight flight.

Day 2: Arrive Budapest, Hungary

Full Day Itinerary:Upon arrival in Budapest, transfer independently to your centrally located hotel or choose our optional airport transfer.

The balance of the day is at leisure so you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the facilities of the hotel. Or, venture out for your first exploration of the city.

Days 3-4: Budapest

Enjoy two full days to explore at leisure or choose from our selection of optional sightseeing excursions.

Full Day Itinerary:Heroes’ Square, the Parliament, the Chain Bridge and the Royal Palace are just a few of the sights not to be missed in this beautiful city.

Day 5: Budapest & Vienna

Travel via rail from Budapest to Vienna.

Full Day Itinerary:This morning, independently make your way to the Budapest Keleti rail station, and travel by train from Budapest to Vienna. Upon arrival, make your own way to your hotel.

Once you’ve settled in, start your exploration of the city by visiting some of the numerous grandiose historical buildings and monuments. Of course, you also have to sample the famous Viennese coffee and Sacher torte (cake).

Days 6-7: Budapest

Full Day Itinerary:Enjoy two full days to explore at leisure or choose from a selection of optional sightseeing excursions. While in Vienna don't miss a chance to see the Hofburg Imperial Palace, the Rococo Belvedere Palace or Schönbrunn Palace featuring 1,440 rooms surrounded by vast and verdant gardens.

Day 8: Return to the USA

This morning, transfer to the airport independently or select our optional transfer.

Later, return to the USA.
