For two millennia, Italy has shaped—and in turn been shaped by—the course of Christianity. The remarkable relationship between the two has left its mark on the country's landscapes, buildings, art, and very way of life. You will take an inspiring journey through this legacy. Visit the world-famous basilicas of Rome, Florence and Venice. Attend an audience with the Pope (subject to Holy Father's schedule). Pay tribute to two of the most popular saints, St. Francis and St. Anthony, learning details of their lives and sacrifices. Admire artistic masterpieces such as Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel and David. Enjoy the serene countryside of Umbria and Tuscany. And take advantage of prices that are as incredible as the trip!
All prices, fees and deposits are per person, subject to change at any time, and not guaranteed until we receive your final payment.

Vacationing in Italy for Spring Break was our 13-year-old son's idea. We hadn't a clue how to pull it all together in less than 5 weeks, and then a friend recommended Friendly Planet. From the get-go (meaning my initial contact with your reservation agent), I knew that we would be in good hands. The tour of 8 key cities in Italy, including Rome, Florence, Venice, and Siena, was beyond our wildest expectations. And the price was right! And our charming tour guides were one better than the other! We also enjoyed the company of our fellow travelers -- all truly wonderful people. Since then, every chance I get, I recommend Friendly Planet to my family and friends.
