Important Note About Your Flights

Because of the popularity of this program, we fly our passengers on any of up to 5 different airlines, including SWISS, whose schedule appears as an example below. However, before you make domestic flight arrangements, please check with us about the possiblity of providing you with convenient and inexpensive through fares from your preferred gateway. One of the carriers with whom we fly our groups to Athens may be able to offer direct service without the necessity of purchasing a separate domestic ticket. If you need to get your own domestic flights into our gateway, or if you prefer to do so, you must still wait to book your domestic flights until we have provided you with your confirmed, individual schedule of international flights, which will be included in your confirmation packet that will arrive within 10 days of placing your reservation.

If you are traveling with others and want to be sure you are on the same international flights as your travel companions, please be sure to let us know when you place your reservation. We will make every effort to book everyone together if at all possible.

The following information is accurate for New York (JFK) departures on SWISS International Airlines only. The flight information is provided as a guideline and is correct as of July 6, 2007 . Please do not book domestic flights before receiving final flight schedules from us. Since schedules can change, we strongly suggest that you leave plenty of connecting time between flights. If you are traveling during the month of March or mid-October to mid-November, please note that each year the airlines traditionally undergo flight schedule changes during this time, when Daylight Savings Time begins and ends. Please note that we may only be notified of these schedule changes 60 days or less prior to your tour departure. If you are booking flights separately from your home city to connect with the included flights, we strongly suggest that you allow a 5 - 5 ½ hours connection time between these flights. This can help prevent any problems that may arise from unexpected airline schedule changes and prevent the unlikely event of missing your flight.
